Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you haven’t downloaded your file yet and need help with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’re always happy to help.

Need Help with Your Order?

If there’s an issue with your file (such as a missing download, corrupted file, or unexpected formatting problem), please contact us. We’ll do our best to fix it promptly or provide an alternative solution.

Damages or Technical Issues

We understand that technical hiccups happen! If something isn’t working as expected or you accidentally purchased the wrong format, let us know—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Exceptions & EU Customers

In accordance with EU regulations, digital product sales are generally not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the download has begun. By purchasing, you agree to waive this right in order to receive your files instantly.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
