How to use a BX font (Step-By-Step Guide)

Make Sure You Have the Software to Install and Use Your BX Font

You will need the free Embrilliance Express software to use BX files. If you don't have it yet, please follow our tutorial below.

Writing Text with the BX Font

1. In the top bar, click on the letter "A"

2. An "ABC" field appears in the hoop

3. Modify the text at the bottom-right panel

4. You’ll see a field with “ABC” and a dropdown with installed BX fonts

If the editing area disappears, simply click the text in the embroidery area again.

5. Edit the text, select your font — you’re done!

Saving and Exporting Your Text

Steps to Save Your File

1. Go to the “File” menu
2. Click “Save Stitch File As”
3. In the save dialog, choose the format required for your embroidery machine
4. Select the format from the dropdown menu

Transfer Your Text to Your Embroidery Machine

Use a USB key to transfer your project to your machine.
